Account deletion
Use this page to ask CraftMySkin to delete your account, or to delete specific account data. We process requests within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Submitting the form emails support (with info copied) so our team can complete the request.
30-day deletion window
After you submit this form, your request is queued for processing. Full account deletion is completed within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep certain records.
Photo and face data
Optional photos and face skin images used only for cosmetic routine personalisation are deleted from our processing systems when your account deletion request is processed (Privacy Policy section 2.1).
Partial data deletion
Prefer to keep your account but remove some data? Choose “Delete some of my account data only” and describe what to remove.
